This week, I had to change my sleep habits and give training. I successfully put this off for almost 3 years, not because I don't like training, but because I don't like messing up my routine.

For the first time in almost a week, I took a walk. My legs felt weird for much of it, like they weren't there, and it took me a couple kilometers to actually find a comfortable stride.
