Came home this morning, ate my dinner, watched The Wheaton Recurrence episode of The Big Bang Theory, did a load of laundry, a sink full of dishes (which is not fun to do when the water is ice cold because the designers of your apartment didn't think it was worth while to connect the hot water heater to the kitchen sink :? ), then decided that I there was a 1 hour, 46 minute Nerdist podcast I wanted to listen to and the best way to do that was to take a walk. The walk was pretty uneventful and boring, but it did give me a chance to listen to one of the funniest podcasts I had ever heard ... I was literally laughing in the street, which got me lots of very strange looks from the people passing by. It was their first live podcast and the Mythbuster's, Adam Savage (@donttrythis on Twitter), was the guest ... he is one hell of a funny guy. The show starts out with a little stand up from Chris Hardwick (hilarious bit about a XBox accessory) and then Savage does a few minutes of stand up, his first ever, and tells a incredibly funny story about his kids. If you haven't heard the Nerdist podcast yet, this is definitely a great one to start with. Get it here or search for it in iTunes.
