Shaq announced his retirement today through Twitter and Tout.

When he first entered the NBA, I thought he was a good player, but I also thought he was way overrated and only there for the $$$. Now, 19 years later, I've gotta tip my hat to the guy. Anyone who plays a game as physically demanding as this for 19 years has to love it. I'm sure there were other factors, but I do enjoy watching professional players who play for a love of the game instead of the bling they can get from it.
