Is it time for everyone's favorite milk product to return?

I was just browsing my RSS feeds when I came upon this article, Shanghai Dairy Shut Down Over Tainted Milk Products, and I was kind of shocked. Well, I wasn't shocked that this happened again, I was shocked that it was actually reported that it has happened again, especially after the heavy crackdown and regulations the central party invested in after the first incident. Granted, the article above is not from a Chinese news source, but I haven't found anything in the English Chinese news sources, as of yet (Xinhua or China Daily).

All I can say is that I hope this is an isolated event, not only for the hundreds of thousands of babies in China, but also for myself (yes, I'm selfish). I didn't eat, drink, or look at milk products for several months after the last one.
