The Vancouver Winter Olympics are over. I'm proud to say that Team USA came out on top with a grand total of 37 medals. I was disappointed to see them miss out on hockey gold, but was happy all the same to see the Canadian's take it. I've removed the olympics block from the right (see below), it was just a temporary addition anyway.
I didn't get to watch a whole lot of the Winter Olympics this year. Living in China, the only access I had was through local channels and the local channels were only showing women's curling, speed skating, or figure skating every time I turned it on. I did get to watch the last 2 periods (regular & OT) of the USA vs. Canada hockey game, though, so I was happy about that. Funny thing, I don't really like hockey, but it beats the hell out of the sports available on TV over here (badminton, ping pong, soccer, etc) and I really got into the game.
Well, there's 20 minutes of a sleepless day used, I guess I'll go write something in the blog section now.
